OK, not the Board  Number, it's Topic Number.  The number that shows at the bottom when you hover over the topic title.

I know this because:

When I put in the board number for announcements(which is 4)I get the Portal which is actually board 2, with topic number 4.  Announcements is board 4, but topic 11.   When I put in 11, it comes up perfect.

Noted something that may interest you.  If you are using this code and logout of the forum, when you log back in, you are taken directly to the members area. I really don't want my members going there the first thing they do.

This is a good code, Moose.  What I would really like is maybe top poster of the day, week or month, something like that.  And a way to exclude the Admin from the counts, since most active Admins have lots more posts than their members.

Ummmm, why dont my images that i put in work in the IE version?  I can use the IE version and see it fine in Firefox, but images just dont render on the IE, on the side portions of the code.

You have just been adopted!!!  Great work.  I found the IE version works on both FF and IE, I just dont like the side bars all the way at the top, will live with it though.  It will be a little lower on my ad-free version and the ability to have a working portal beats a great big single message.
